From idea to payout

How a fundraiser works

You focus on your cause and your people. We build the store, run every transaction, print the order, and deliver it.

1

Apply and pick a design

Tell us your group, your cause, and your dates. Send a logo or design idea. We mock it up and you approve it before anything goes live.

2

We build your store

You get a private online store at your own link, with your designs on hoodies, tees, and more, priced so your group earns on every item.

3

Share your link

Post it, email it, announce it. Supporters buy online and pay us directly for the two to three weeks your store is open. We send you a promo kit to make sharing easy.

4

We deliver and you get paid

At close we print everything in one run, deliver the whole order to you to hand out, and cut your group a check for every item sold.

The more you sell, the more you keep

Your group earns on every item

Every item is priced so a set amount goes straight to your cause. Sell more and your rate per item goes up. Hoodies raise the most, so we build your store around your best sellers.

1–49 items

$6 / item

A great start for a small team or class.

50–149 items

$8 / item

Most church and school campaigns land here.

150+ items

$10 / item

Big congregations and booster clubs earn the most.

Example tiers. Your exact rate per item is set when we build your store, based on the garments and designs you choose. Hoodies and premium items earn more per sale.

Fundraiser FAQ

How does our group actually make money?

Every item in your store is priced so a set amount from each sale goes to your cause. The more your group sells, the higher your rate per item. At the end of the campaign we total what sold and send your group a check, along with a one-page report of what you raised.

Do we have to collect any money or take orders?

No. That is the whole point. Every supporter buys online and pays us directly. Nobody in your group handles cash, chases payments, or tracks sizes on a spreadsheet.

How long does a campaign run?

Most stores stay open two to three weeks. A clear close date creates urgency and gets people to buy instead of putting it off. After the store closes we print everything in one batch.

How do supporters get their items?

We print the whole campaign at once and deliver the complete order to your group's contact in the Golden Triangle, who hands items out to each supporter. One drop, no individual shipping to chase.

Is there a minimum number of items?

We set a small minimum so a campaign is worth producing, and we confirm it with you up front. If a store does not reach the minimum by its close date, every order is refunded automatically. No risk to your group.

Can we use our logo or a licensed design?

You can use art your group owns or has permission to use. We handle licensed and trademarked marks according to each brand's rules, and we give every design a final review before your store goes live. When in doubt, ask us and we will tell you what is possible.

Is our payout a tax-deductible donation?

No. What your group receives is fundraiser proceeds from items sold, not a charitable donation from On Target, so we do not issue a tax receipt. Your treasurer records it as fundraising income.
